Job Overview:
As a Sales Operations Analytics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. This position demands a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
- • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Analyze sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth. Present clear and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- • Forecasting & Planning Support: Support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
- • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions. Utilize SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) for data extraction and presentation.
- • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
- • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
