Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies, leveraging data analytics and market research to inform business decisions.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, including data science, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
  3. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  5. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Business Administration).
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial operations, with a strong focus on data analytics and business strategy.
  • Advanced expertise in data science tools and techniques, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering business results through data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms for data storage and processing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
