Job Description

Job Summary

The Lead Data Scientist will be responsible for driving data science initiatives and leading a team of data scientists to develop innovative solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning. This role requires a strong background in Python and Large Language Models (LLM) to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of data science projects from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
