Associate Sales Manager Job Description

As an Associate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with branch managers and staff to generate leads. This role involves various on-site activities, such as setting up displays and delivering presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing sales and following up on customer interactions.
  • Increasing bank customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieving targeted penetration within the branch's customer base.
  • Driving Reward and Recognition programs launched for bank employees.
  • Providing regular training to bank staff on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.

Measures of Success:

  • Adjusted First Year Premium (Modal)
  • Number of policies sold
  • Business leakage including cancellations
  • 15th Month collection amount

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field
  • 0.6 to 2 years of sales experience for graduates or 2-3 years of experience for postgraduates
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional language (mandatory)
  • Age range: 21-28 years
  • Preferably has own transportation means
