We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Engage prospects through cold calls, manage customer relationships, negotiate deals, and lead customer interactions.
  • Documentation: Prepare business documentation, including proposals, presentations, and research reports.
  • Reporting: Track and report on project performance and key metrics.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Marketing Supporting Functions: Manage social media presence, create visual content, oversee paid digital advertising campaigns, and conduct market research.
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling written and visual content to support marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of app/web development and familiarity with tools like Figma and Power BI.

This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a drive to achieve growth in a competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse functions across marketing, sales, and documentation.

The core focus for this position is 70% sales and client engagement, documentation, and report tracking to achieve targets and maintain client satisfaction. The remaining 30% focuses on marketing and content creation to support lead generation and overall branding efforts.
