Solutions Consultant
About the Position:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales and Solutions Consultant in the Hi-Tech and ISV space. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by providing pre-sales support and developing innovative solutions for our global ISV clients across large techs, horizontal SW & SaaS, and vertical SW & SaaS.
You will leverage your deep understanding of business models and technical expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and address client needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and translate client requirements into compelling solution proposals.
- Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations to both technical and business audiences.
- Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with high-quality, tailored responses.
- Solution Development:
- Design and architect innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with their strategic objectives.
- Build a compelling solution pitch for internal and external audiences with the right go-to-market strategy.
- Market Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the global ISV landscape, including the latest technology trends and key regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our competitors and their offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as POV, white papers, blog posts, or conference presentations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, product management, consulting, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's/MBA degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of overall experience with significant exposure to pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a related role within the IT services and products industry.
- Good understanding of the ISV landscape, PE/VC value creation, and product engineering services.
- Proven capability in consulting or program management for large-scale product engineering or digital transformation programs is desirable.
- Good understanding of GenAI and Cloud computing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
