About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a CSR Partnership Development Specialist. This role involves establishing relationships with CSR decision-makers, conducting research to identify relevant funders, and working with nonprofits and internal teams to develop high-quality funding proposals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in fundraising, growth, sales, or B2B relationships and partnerships. They should possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a genuine interest in the social impact sector.

The salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum (approximately $15,000 USD), commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and establish relationships with CSR decision-makers via email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn reach-outs
  • Conduct secondary research to identify relevant funders and build intelligence on their priorities and strategies using public information
  • Work with multiple nonprofits and internal teams to build high-quality funding proposals
  • Build pitch decks, fundraising collateral (concept notes, solution outlines, etc.)
  • Own fundraising targets and handle day-to-day fundraising operations (deal database, deal pipeline, collateral repository, etc.)
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in fundraising, growth, sales, or B2B relationships and partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to make high-quality pitches
  • Self-motivated, high confidence, and risk appetite
  • Genuine interest in the social impact sector
  • Strong academic and professional credentials; MBA preferred but not essential
