  • This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing, ensure statutory compliance, and enhance ERP payroll functionalities.

We are looking for a skilled professional to work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and provide outstanding client support. You will also be responsible for keeping the payroll system aligned with evolving regulations and best practices in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process monthly payroll cycles, ensuring timeliness and error-free execution.">
  • Ensure strict adherence to Indian tax and labor laws, including TDS, GST, EPF, ESI, and Professional Tax (PT).">
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS/ERP payroll modules for efficiency and scalability.">
  • Generate and review payroll reports, ensuring accuracy in payouts and statutory filings.">
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams.">
  • Provide prompt responses to payroll-related queries with a focus on customer satisfaction.">
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes, automation, and compliance practices.">
  • Stay informed on changes in payroll legislation and industry trends, updating systems and processes.">

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Finance, Commerce, or related field.">
  • 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Indian payroll processing and statutory compliance.">
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS/ERP payroll modules.">
  • Excellent understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.">
  • Proficiency in payroll reconciliation, reporting, and process optimization.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.">
  • Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with payroll-related software tools.">
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification.">
  • Experience in ERP product enhancements related to payroll modules.">
  • Exposure to payroll processing for multi-location or large-scale organizations.">
