  • Ensure the smooth operation of enterprise-level network systems, servers, and storage in a fast-paced 24/7 NOC environment.

Key Responsibilities :

">
  1. Monitor and analyze system logs, network traffic, and performance metrics to identify potential issues and optimize system performance.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective monitoring strategies, ensuring high uptime requirements are met.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing technical queries and concerns from senior leadership team members.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and update knowledge base articles, MIS reports, and other relevant documentation.
  5. Develop and maintain expertise in key network protocols, including SNMP, NetFlow, WMI, syslog, and others.
  6. Support the development and implementation of EOD batch jobs for banks, utilizing expertise in Microsoft server OS and network devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • ITIL Foundation certification and hands-on experience in Incident & Problem Management.
  • Proficiency in using ME monitoring (APM & OPM) and ITSM (BMC Remedy) tools.
  • A minimum of three years of experience supporting and monitoring network systems, servers, or storage in an enterprise environment.
  • Previous NOC experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of key network monitoring protocols and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
