Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing enterprise resource planning systems for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions meet their needs.
  • Lead or support end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects from initial planning to go-live activities.
  • Configure ERP modules based on business needs and best practices, leveraging your knowledge of various ERP platforms.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design workshops to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with technical consultants to ensure seamless system customization and integration.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of ERP functionalities, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Document processes, configurations, and training materials to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one major ERP platform, such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite.
  • Strong domain knowledge in one or more business functions, including Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales, HR, or Procurement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
