Position Name:- Linux Server Expert

Location : Bhopal

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist - Server with expertise in Linux systems to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing server hardware and operating systems, particularly Red Hat Linux OpenShift, OpenStack, and Ansible.

Responsibilities

:

·       Utilize strong knowledge and experience in Linux systems, particularly Red Hat Linux OpenShift, OpenStack, and Ansible.

·       Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of server hardware and operating system issues.

·       Monitor server logs and critical errors for proactive support.

·       Tune various parameters of the operating system to optimize performance.

·       Manage installation, reinstallation, and change management of operating systems and hardware components.

·       Collaborate with OEMs for service and spare availability as per SLA.

·       Provide assistance to application service providers for OS-related configurations.

·       Monitor server performance and resource utilization.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA).

·       Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in server hardware and operating systems.

·       Certification in MCSE, RHCE, or equivalent.

·       Experience in handling server hardware from various OEMs.

·       Strong understanding and experience with server-based operating systems.

·       Excellent troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis abilities.

·       Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·       Strong communication skills and ability to interact with OEMs, project managers, and other stakeholders effectively.

·       Proactive approach to problem-solving and support.
