
HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead our Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions.
Talent AcquisitionDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies for hiring skilled personnel including production staff, technicians, and engineers.
Conduct thorough job interviews, assessments, and background verification processes.
Manage the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Compliance and Payroll AdministrationProcess monthly payroll for on-roll employees using HROne and off-roll employees via SYMCO.
E nsure timely compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
Communication and Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employee grievances and queries.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through transparent communication channels.
Facilitate internal communications, conflict resolution, and operate the HR function effectively.
Performance Management and DevelopmentDefine key result areas and manage the performance appraisal process.
Support managers with performance-related interventions and coaching.
Handle promotions, transfers, and exits aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Benefits Administration and CompensationAdminister employee benefits such as insurance, PF, retirement, etc.
Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary structure analysis to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
HRIS Optimization and Data ManagementImplement and optimize HRIS (SYMCO) usage across departments to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain accurate HR data and ensure confidentiality and security.
Employee Engagement and WellnessPlan and execute employee engagement programs aligned with company values and cultural pillars.
Foster team building and morale through creative initiatives and activities.
Industrial Relations and SafetyPartner with the safety department to maintain a safe workplace and prevent accidents.
Drive wellness initiatives and manage worker compensation claims effectively.
Administer and interpret labor agreements to ensure compliance and fair treatment.
