Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Location: A prime location in Pithampur, Sector 3

Reports To: The Founder

Leads: Two HR Managers (Generalist & Recruiter)

Experience Required: Fifteen plus years, with extensive exposure to core human resources, compliance, and industrial relations.

Role Summary:

The head of the human resources function will lead the end-to-end human resources operations across strategic human resources, operational support, talent acquisition, statutory compliance, employee experience, and industrial relations. This role will play a key part in achieving our goal of becoming a great place to work certified organization and reducing attrition below industry benchmarks while cultivating a productive, engaged, and compliant workplace.

  • Providing guidance and support to employees on human resources matters.
  • Managing employee relationships and resolving conflicts.
