About the Role:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to provide thought leadership on organizational strategy and people initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive people plans to drive lasting change and improve business outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve organizational health.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a healthy talent pool and succession planning for critical roles.
- Plan and execute annual operational plans aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR across talent management, employee engagement & retention.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and display problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Education Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Experience:
- 3-12 years of relevant experience.
