Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the full recruitment cycle from job advertisement to onboarding for various levels within the company.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage recruitment plans accordingly.
- Drive employer branding strategies to position Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. as an employer of choice.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
