We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the advertising industry.

About the Role:

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering innovative solutions that meet their business objectives.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to identify effective strategies, leveraging your creative ideas and expertise to drive results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with clients through regular interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify effective solutions
  • Coordinating with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Maintaining accurate records of client contracts and interactions
  • Presenting updates and reports to senior management

Our ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from any field, preferably an MBA in Marketing or Advertising and Communications/Media. They will also have 2-4 years of experience in client servicing within the advertising industry.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, think creatively, and adaptability.
