This role involves:

  • Developing long-term organizational strategy for Contractor/Subcontractors partnership
  • Conducting research and analysis of Onboarding Process effectiveness
  • Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with organizational strategy based on Demand & Supply Matrix
  • Engagement activities planning to motivate Contractors & partners
  • Assessing market trends and competitors to inform Contractors/Subcontractors Payout decisions

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred, and 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting, or strategic planning. Additionally, they should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
