Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient order processing in our warehouse. This role involves reconciliation of physical stock with WMS, tracking inward quantities, and executing cycle counting and wall-to-wall counting to maintain inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies between WMS and physical stock
  • Track inward quantities, order processed quantities, and cancelled quantities
  • Plan and execute monthly cycle counting for each customer
  • Coordinate quarterly wall-to-wall counting for all customers
  • Maintain inventory accuracy at 99.65%
  • Minimize inventory loss to less than 0.03%
  • Provide data to internal/external auditors as required
  • Implement procedures to ensure zero loss of high-value items
  • Reduce warehouse damages to inventory
  • Monitor daily packing material counts

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with strong analytical skills
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with order processing software

Internal and External Coordination:

All teams within the organization and external stakeholders as necessary
