Quality Control Specialist

This is a dynamic role that involves performing quality assurance audits or phone calls to assess the performance of team members who interact with customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound communications, evaluating associate's demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and adherence to business policies and procedures.
- Key responsibilities include call monitoring, providing trend data, understanding process/function goals, conducting calibration sessions, and preparing internal and external quality reports.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking and time management skills, ensuring adherence to quality standards and coordinating with stakeholders on process-related issues.
- We seek a self-motivated and self-starter individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to take others' perspectives, listen actively, and present information clearly.
Requirements:
- At least 1+ year of experience in collections processes.
- Preferred experience in third-party or first-party collections.
- Must be detail-oriented, have good decision-making skills, and demonstrate flexibility and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to adapt well to change and successfully set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess creative abilities and writing proficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills are essential.
