SAP Finance Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Control Specialist to bridge IT and Finance teams.
This role demands deep knowledge of SAP, finance expertise, and ability to drive measurable business value.
As a Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with Finance leadership, assess initiatives for SAP standard fitment, ensure governance and compliance, and enable analytics to support smarter decision-making.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance leaders to intake, prioritize, and deliver finance-related initiatives.
- Drive alignment with standard SAP processes, challenging non-standard requests when necessary.
- Provide expertise in SAP FICO and PS modules—covering design, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Support integration of Finance with Procurement and other business functions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in SAP FICO and PS.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Controlling, Project Costing.
- Proven ability to evaluate initiatives against SAP standards and propose best-fit solutions.
- Experience as an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, or Service Manager in Finance/Procurement.
