Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing procurement activities as per our organization's procurement policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute procurement activities including raising requests, vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and issuing Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Track order deliveries, verify invoices, and liaise with the Finance team for payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor database, and ensure compliance with audit and documentation standards.
  • Support in preparing procurement reports, tracking PO lifecycle, and collecting structured feedback from users post-delivery.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, marketing materials, and consumables, including tracking stock levels, issuance, and timely replenishment.
  • Oversee asset movement, documentation, and support implementation of asset tracking tools and internal audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Any certification or coursework in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management is a plus.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations within a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Proven track record in vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, purchase order management, and inventory tracking.
  • Exposure to administrative functions such as managing office supplies, consumables, and asset tagging.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle and inventory control practices.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and procurement software such as Zoho or SAP.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
