Job Description

Deliver impactful projects and lead internal customer expectations across multi-channel marketing analytics, portfolio optimization, targeting, segmentation, predictive analytics, and prioritization.

  • Develop and deliver customer requirements as per agreed service level agreements (timeliness, accuracy, quality) and drive excellent customer satisfaction. Deliver sophisticated analytical and statistical solutions for various projects related to promotion evaluation, multi-channel marketing campaign design, return on investment analysis, resource allocation, segmentation, targeting, and other business questions.
  • Support exploratory research to identify new areas of application of advanced analytics/data science in providing improved decision-making support. Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
  • Automate project codes and develop front-end delivery solutions. Support creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures that enable excellent quality outputs within the function.
  • Support team leaders in recruitment and on-boarding of new associates within the organization. Participate in knowledge sharing sessions that enable growth and improve quality of NBS CONEXTS deliverables across the function.
  • Align with internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, critical metric tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong quantitative and systems background with analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to understand new data sources in short timeframe and embed them into standard analyses.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical domain and data, strong partner leadership skills, and ability to work with multiple partners.
  • Experience working in an international/global company with exposure to cross-cultural environment.
  • Hands-on experience in classification, clustering, design of experiments, Monte Carlo simulations, statistical inference, feature engineering, time series forecasting, and project management.

Others
  • University/advanced degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, bioinformatics, or operations research is preferable.
  • Min 6+ years of hands-on experience in analytics in marketing analytics and pharma industry experience is preferable.
  • Statistical modeling/machine learning techniques like regression, GLM, non-linear, etc., experience in R or Python, and exposure to SAS and SQL are desirable.
