Job Title: IT Delivery Director

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the IT delivery team, overseeing project management methodologies, and fostering a culture of innovation within the IT department. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication abilities to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Lead and manage the IT delivery team, including project managers, developers, and other IT professionals.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the IT department.
  4. Oversight of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget completion.
  5. Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee high-quality IT solutions.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects.
