Delivery Leadership Role

This is a crucial position in the organization, responsible for overseeing project delivery to clients. It requires strong leadership skills, as well as expertise in project management, communication, and technical skills.

The role involves ensuring that projects meet agreed-upon quality standards, timelines, and budgets. This includes leading a large team with complete ownership of project profitability, servicing multiple engagements with varied offerings.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Actively supporting sales teams in new business acquisition and solutions teams in designing innovative solutions to business needs.
  • Networking with senior stakeholders and positioning the company as a partner of choice.
  • Leading the overall strategy for engineering teams and overseeing future growth.
  • Driving project profitability through effective pricing strategies and contract renewals.
  • Monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjusting plans as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Key Qualifications• Minimum years of experience in IT product services from computer engineering or computer science background.

• Proven experience in handling large projects in cloud applications, with different verticals/industries.

• Ability to grow and drive offshore teams with over 200 employees.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Some additional requirements include:

  • Must have handled high-volume ramp-ups of teams.
  • Proven experience in client management, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to connect closely with customers, mine, and penetrate existing clients to bring in new business.
  • Preferred expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Cloud, Microservices.
  • Well-read/versed in next-generation technologies such as digital, cloud, analytics, big data, AI-ML etc.
  • Strong P&L and operational management experience.
  • Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills.
