Job Title: IT Strategy and Delivery Director

This leadership role is responsible for driving the delivery of IT projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business goals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the IT department.

About This Role
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to drive IT initiatives forward.
  • Project Management: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. Establish project management methodologies, standards, and tools for consistent delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as primary point of contact for IT delivery-related matters. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently for optimal project delivery. Manage recruitment, development, and retention of IT talent.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for high-quality IT solutions. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects. Develop and implement risk management plans and strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
