Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AD & ASM Delivery Director to lead end-to-end delivery for application development (AD) and application support & maintenance (ASM) initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on technical knowledge and proven leadership in managing large-scale delivery teams, client relationships, and service excellence.

This is a leadership position responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, managing incident/problem resolution, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing financial performance across engagements. Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, system design reviews, and solution recommendations for complex technical challenges.
- Oversee incident management and problem resolution processes to ensure minimal service disruption and continuous improvement.
- Drive timely project completion by managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Create and implement growth strategies and business plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic leadership to multiple project teams across infrastructure and application development programs.
- Ensure clear and consistent client communication throughout project life cycles.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion, process optimization, and cost reduction.
- Oversee financial analysis, budget planning, and revenue forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Manage the ServiceNow practice, including resourcing, delivery, and ongoing transformation initiatives.
- Support new business acquisition and expand the customer base to drive long-term growth.
- Engage in contract negotiations, vendor management, and ensure legal compliance as needed.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and key deliverables.
- Implement structured architecture, security, and engineering practices aligned to strategic objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in any discipline; preferred MSc/BE/Masters in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 12 15 years of experience in AD & ASM delivery, preferably in multi-channel or enterprise-level projects.
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and software development lifecycle tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service orientation.
- Experience in financial planning, project budgeting, and pipeline management.
