
Sales Business Development Coordinator

Job Overview
This role is a critical component of our sales growth strategy, ensuring the pipeline remains clean and maximised. As Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily touchpoints with prospective customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing operational support to close deals faster.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Scheduling
- Establish and maintain regular communication with prospective customers via phone or email to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate calls between prospects and partners, setting up schedules and facilitating meetings.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing professional and courteous communication.
- Manage follow-ups and action points to maintain strong client relationships.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Update and maintain Pipedrive regularly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on prospective clients and lead activity.
- Perform regular data hygiene checks to guarantee CRM accuracy.
- Monitor and review daily lead-gen numbers, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and share key updates with the CRO on a regular basis.
- Develop and update forecasts and dashboards to track revenue metrics.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Take detailed notes during meetings, capturing action items and follow-up tasks.
- Support weekly Revenue Stand-Up meetings, tracking progress against goals.
- Draft and review agreements, proposals, and contracts.
- Assist in negotiating terms within agreed guidelines, ensuring pricing compliance.
- Work collaboratively with legal to align on enterprise deal requirements and liabilities.
Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with the CRO on developing content to boost brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Review contracts and agreements daily to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Contribute to sales campaigns by monitoring lead performance and results.

CRM Experience
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Pipedrive.

- Proactive, driven, and eager to learn SaaS sales strategies from the ground up.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, juggling multiple responsibilities.
