Lead Generation Business Developer

We are seeking a Lead Generation Business Developer to handle ad-hoc daily lead generation requests and support MQL generation for all business units.

ResponsibilitiesThis is an in-house Lead Generation Expert Role:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Assess the potential of leads by gathering relevant information and determining their fit with our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, including conversion rates, lead sources, and campaign performance.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, preferably in the IT services industry for at least 6 months.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools.
- The ability to conduct thorough research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- A driven attitude to achieve and exceed lead generation targets daily.
- Collaborative skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
