This Deputy General Manager role offers the opportunity to identify new business prospects, build lasting relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will participate in high-profile sales activities including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions that cater to customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

  • Prospect for potential B2B clients who can benefit from our comprehensive range of services.
  • Generate leads through research, cold calling, and outreach activities to secure meetings with key decision-makers.

Client Engagement:

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights into how our services can drive their success.

Solution Customization:

  • Collaborate with technical and creative teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Presentation of proposals and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.

Sales Performance:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with B2B clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and support staff to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in business development and corporate sales roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with webcasting solutions or the event management industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
