Leasing Specialist Opportunity

Drive commercial leasing activities across retail, corporate, and commercial spaces in line with company goals.

  • Engage prospective tenants, brokers, and industry professionals to source and secure leasing opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to facilitate lease deals, including letters of intent and renewal agreements.
  • Maintain a robust leasing pipeline to maximize occupancy and revenue generation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and handovers, ensuring seamless property transitions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and retailers.
  • Provide leasing insights and projections to inform budgeting and forecasting processes.
Requirements:

Strong background in real estate or retail industry preferred. 3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing and sales required.
