Job Overview:

As a Closing Manager Commercials, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue through high-value commercial sales and leasing transactions. This role demands not only strong sales acumen but also the ability to strategically manage negotiations, client relationships, and deal closures in a competitive real estate environment. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening SAA's presence in Pune's commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert client walk-ins, revisits, and referrals into successful closures (sales & leasing).
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for property owners and tenants.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure commercial leasing opportunities across office, retail, and mixed-use spaces.
  • Build strategic relationships with corporates, investors, and property owners to drive repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales, leasing, and collection targets.
  • Act as a performance driver, ensuring follow-through on all leads generated by the team.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of booking forms, agreements, and leasing contracts.
  • Leverage CRM systems and digital tools to track leads, deals, and client interactions.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.
  • Generate reference clients and create opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial real estate sales & leasing, with proven deal closure expertise.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Pune's real estate landscape, leasing trends, and commercial market dynamics.
