
Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
The Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and leasing strategies, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of sales and leasing tactics to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prospect, and onboard new clients
- Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with developers, landlords, and clients
- Ensure adherence to real estate policies and regulations
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and transaction closures
Key Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred
