Job Summary:

The Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and leasing strategies, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of sales and leasing tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prospect, and onboard new clients
  • Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with developers, landlords, and clients
  • Ensure adherence to real estate policies and regulations
  • Participate in site visits, client meetings, and transaction closures

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred
