Job Title: Key Client Business Growth Manager
Description: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to drive sales growth for our key accounts. As a Key Client Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue expansion across assigned divisions.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5–8 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, with a strong focus on the On-Trade channel (hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, and related outlets).
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve divisional sales & margin targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Communicate monthly sell-out targets to stores and merchandisers, driving execution.
- Design innovative solutions, such as product promotions and pricing strategies, to maximize sales potential.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead negotiations at the head-office level, covering agreements, new product listings, and price updates.
