">Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, expands our customer base, and builds strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals
- B2B Sales: Identify key market segments and target customers, develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and maximize profitability
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8-10 years of sales experience in B2B sales, growth, and development
- Strong understanding of how to approach leadership development conversations with University Principals, CHROs, L D, HR professionals, and Business C-suite Executives
- Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at developing, pitching, and closing large deals
- Gravitas to pitch to CXOs, CHROs, CLOs, L D, and government heads
- Ability to develop and position winning proposals to clients
