Cloud Reliability Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Reliability Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As an SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, latency, availability, and scalability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Build Tools - Design, build, and deploy tools to improve system reliability and scalability
  • Collaboration with Development Teams - Collaborate with development teams to ensure software reliability and scale
  • Workload Management - Manage workload and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Thought Leadership - Provide thought leadership in architecture, design, and product features
  • Automation Software - Design and deliver software to automate manual operational work
  • Troubleshooting - Troubleshoot priority incidents and facilitate blameless post-mortems
  • Data Analytics - Identify application patterns and analytics to support better service level objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering
  • Software Development Experience - 5-7 years of experience in software development
  • Technology Stack Expertise - Expertise in at least one technology stack, including programming languages like Python or Go
  • Messaging Infrastructure - Strong experience in designing and building highly available high-volume messaging infrastructure
  • Schema Registry and Kafka Connectors - Good experience with Schema Registry, Kafka connectors, and KSQL
  • Enterprise Redis - Strong experience in Enterprise Redis, cluster setup, administration, and observability
  • Monitoring and Data Growth Management - Working knowledge of monitoring, management tools, and data growth management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Devops Tools Experience - Devops Tools experience in Jenkins/Ansible/Git workflows/CICD
  • Proficiency in Technology Domains - Proficiency in one or more technology domains
