Job Title: Technical Resolution Specialist

The role of a Triage Manager plays a vital part in maintaining the stability of our cloud-based solution.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the triage process for technical issues, ensuring efficient classification, prioritization, and resolution across engineering, support, and product teams.

This specialist will be responsible for driving process improvements, managing a team of triage specialists, and ensuring timely incident resolution through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate incoming incidents based on severity, business impact, and urgency to ensure that high-priority issues receive immediate attention.
  • Analyze system logs, configurations, and perform root cause analysis to determine effective resolution steps.
  • Troubleshoot failures or performance degradation in data pipelines, workflows, and associated data models to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.
  • Partner with support teams, engineers, and product experts to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary while keeping stakeholders informed with clear updates.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in system architecture, programming, and technical troubleshooting is required.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science is mandatory.


Skill Enhancements:
This position requires proficiency in using platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow, diagnosing issues in ETL/ELT pipelines, and validating analytical model outputs. The candidate should also be skilled at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences, facilitating collaboration, and managing stakeholder expectations.
