Quality Assurance Engineer - Stability and Scalability Expert

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer who plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, stability, and scalability of our next-generation data analytics platforms and enterprise products. Our ideal candidate will design and implement scalable automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured, JUnit, Postman, etc.

  • Owning the QA strategy, planning, and execution across Agile teams working on complex data and analytics products involves collaborating with developers and DevOps engineers to enable CI/CD-based automated testing pipelines.
  • Developing and executing test cases for APIs, microservices, UI, and data pipelines is essential for implementing quality metrics and reporting dashboards to proactively identify issues and trends.
  • Participating in all Agile ceremonies to ensure quality is baked into the development lifecycle is crucial for providing mentorship to junior QA engineers and upholding engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks using various tools.
  • Developing and executing test cases for different aspects of the product.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Java/Python and automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, Cucumber.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, ADO, and defect tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
