Digital Systems Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Systems Operations Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, India.


Job Description:

This key member of our Manufacturing Site Ops & Sourcing team will be responsible for performing systems administrative functions for digital tools used in our manufacturing sites, physical security, and facilities systems.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform application operations and maintenance activities, including user access management, reporting, monitoring, and support.
  • Maintain, configure, and support integrations between manufacturing, physical security, facilities systems, and other Biopharma systems.
  • Provide technical leadership, setting best practices, including integrations and application ops support, mentoring, and helping team members.
  • Administer applications managed by Biopharma across 3 regions, including Genetec (physical security), Hexagon EAM, enLabel (printing solution), and other Operations and Quality systems.
  • Manage incident, problem, change, and configuration management in ServiceNow.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • At least 3 years of experience managing and supporting manufacturing systems or physical security or facilities applications like BMS, EMS.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or other STEM-related fields.
  • ServiceNow knowledge.
  • ITIL certified with DevOps concepts knowledge.
  • Understanding of manufacturing process, especially in manufacturing and physical security.
  • Practical knowledge of relational databases and demonstrated experience in scripting or developing software.
  • Prior automation experience, including developing new tests and using Git repositories. Knowledge of QA methodologies and techniques would be a plus.
