Job Title: Cloud System Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud System Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based systems.

This role involves managing the end-to-end application and system stack to build and operate large-scale, fault-tolerant production environments on cloud platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop large-scale infrastructure, CI/CD automation pipelines, and build tools to improve the software development lifecycle.
  • Influence infrastructure architecture, standards, and methods for highly scalable systems, and collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and follow DR/HA strategies.
  • Investigate and resolve performance and reliability issues across large-scale and high-throughput services, and implement corrective action plans with a focus on sustainable, preventative, and automated solutions.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, operational guides, and documentation to support continuous delivery and deployment.
  • Maintain and monitor services in production by tracking key performance indicators (availability, latency, system health), and create and maintain monitoring dashboards.
