Job Opportunity

The Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for conducting system health checks, monitoring alerts, and addressing incident and service request tickets across multiple platforms.

  • Manage storage capacity and implement backup protocols.
  • Enhance knowledge base utilization and contribute to standard operating procedure improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to reduce dependency on secondary support teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, operating systems, network administration, backup solutions, and user account management.
  • Foundational experience with cloud IaaS services.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Adherence to established processes in completing tasks.
  • Understanding of infrastructure support workflows.
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing systems.
  • Able to work rotating shifts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 1.5-2.5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud operations as a Level 1.5 Engineer.
  • Proven ability to handle complex technical issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate potential problems.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preference given to candidates with AWS/Azure Cloud Certification.
