Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing bulk mailing campaigns using email marketing platforms.
You will create targeted mailing lists for high deliverability, response tracking, and campaign optimization. Additionally, you will assist in executing digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional drives.
As a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across outreach efforts. You will also track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports for management review.
In this role, you will extract, clean, and manage data from various sources for marketing and business development purposes. You will maintain structured, accurate databases for marketing and business development.
You will ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR guidelines while handling candidate/client data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proficiency in mass mailing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar platforms)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for managing and analyzing data
- Familiarity with web/data scraping and list-building tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign tracking (Google Analytics, UTM tagging)
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, mass mailing, or data extraction roles
- Prior experience in recruitment, consulting, or HR industry will be an added advantage
