Reservations Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated reservations management professional to establish our end-to-end reservations process and lay the foundation for growth at our hospitality start-up.

Your Role:

  • Manage reservations across online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline channels effectively.
  • Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets consistently.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are updated promptly.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy regularly.
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests effectively.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports accurately.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in reservations/front office in hospitality.
  • possess a strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • have an understanding of PMS and rate management.
  • possess excellent communication skills (English; other languages an asset).
  • be proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • be detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment.
