
Senior Sales Lead Coordinator

This position is responsible for leading the management of sales leads to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop mechanisms to provide high-quality seller leads at the right time.
- Manage programs by owning SOPs, defining metrics, reporting, and monitoring performance.
- Add value to key business opportunities for sellers and deliver on revenue targets.
- Analyze metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with business development and onboarding teams.
- Perform data analysis using Excel and other tools to provide insightful solutions.
- Work with seller/account management teams to improve operational aspects and provide a great consumer experience.
- Identify prospects, communicate value propositions, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Track and report program performance using relevant metrics.
- Audit, monitor, and review business performance to ensure optimal actions.
- Recommend process improvements and develop business intelligence solutions.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with IT systems and understand data extraction/querying languages.
- 3+ years of experience in handling live projects/end-to-end delivery.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to interact with external and internal partners.
- Interest in e-commerce/online business.
- Ability to deliver results independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- E-commerce experience preferred.
- Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management, or product marketing.
- Experience with CRMs, sales and marketing automation tools.
- Global stakeholder experience.
- Analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
Additional Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales/account management experience.
- 2+ years of digital advertising/client-facing roles experience.
- Excel experience.
- Data analysis and best practices to assess performance drivers.
