**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inside sales** and **telemarketing** to generate new leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales processes, including processing orders and maintaining client records.
- Manage and monitor **tele sales** and **tele calling** activities to ensure targets are met.
- Assist in scheduling sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and clients to close sales and maintain customer relationships.
- Update and maintain accurate sales data and reports.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal teams and clients regarding sales orders, delivery schedules, and other related tasks.
- Provide support for sales activities, ensuring smooth coordination between various departments.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **sales coordination**, **tele sales**, or **inside sales**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in handling **telemarketing**, **tele-calling**, and sales support.
- Basic knowledge of sales software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.

**Desired Skills**:

- Previous experience in the **manufacturing** industry or similar field.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client queries professionally.
