**Job Title: Sales Coordinator (M/F)**
**Location: Siddi Amber Bazaar & Banjarahills Store, Hyderabad**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support & Coordination**:

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate between customers, sales executives, and other departments to ensure seamless sales execution.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product information related to locks, hardware, and other related products.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt resolution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure stock availability.
- Help manage stock replenishment and notify the relevant departments of any stock discrepancies.
- Assist with the physical counting of inventory during audits or restocking.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of locks, hardware products, and accessories offered by the company.
- Keep up to date with new product offerings and industry trends to support the sales team and customers.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Generate and maintain sales reports, tracking performance and trends.
- Assist in setting sales targets and monitor progress to achieve business objectives.
- **Sales & Marketing Coordination**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and offers.
- Help manage display materials and ensure that product samples are available and visible to customers in the store.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the sales calendar and set up meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, maintaining client records, and organizing sales documentation.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with management, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales meetings and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any related field.
- Relevant experience in sales or sales coordination in the **locks and hardware** industry will be a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the **locks and hardware** industry or related sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹11,568.69 - ₹30,171.46 per month

Schedule:
