**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Support & Coordination**
- Assist the sales team in handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up with potential clients.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and sales presentations.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, clients, and commercial listings.
- Ensure sales documentation, contracts, and agreements are accurately prepared and submitted.
- Act as a SPOC for prospects, existing tenants and investors.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales.

**3. Administrative & Reporting Tasks**
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, occupancy records, and market trends.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams for contract execution and compliance.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and online property listings.

**4. Marketing & Business Development Support**
- Work with marketing teams to promote commercial spaces through digital and offline channels.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and open house events.
- Research and analyze market trends to support strategic sales initiatives.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in real estate or commercial leasing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a team-oriented environment.
Understanding of commercial real estate market trends is a plus.
