**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Coordination**: Act as the main point of contact for coordinating sales activities and initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.
- **Order and Contract Management**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and contracts.
- **GeM Portal Monitoring**: Regularly monitor the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal for relevant opportunities and assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
- **Tender Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documentation and information for tender submissions.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- **Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analyses for management review.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed to ensure efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and familiarity with government procurement processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
