We are looking for a **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role includes managing the sales process including creating and following up on quotations, processing orders, and updating customers on order status, invoices, and shipments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create quotations and follow up with customers for approvals.
- Process orders accurately and ensure all details (pricing, discounts, product information) are correct.
- Provide customers with regular updates on order status, invoices, shipments, and backorders.
- Coordinate product deliveries, installations, and training schedules with customers and internal teams.
- Follow up on pending payments and assist with posting payments.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in the **CRM system**.
- Prepare **weekly and monthly sales reports** for management review.
- Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Marketing, and Finance) to ensure timely deliveries and order satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems for sales records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years** of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge in **GEM, Tenders.**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and handle pressure.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
