- _Staying current on new services we develop_
- _Evaluating our services and helping to identify areas of improvement_
- Requirements/Preferences:_
- _Education background in IT_
- _At least five years of experience in service coordination, customer service or a related field_
- _Strong work ethic_
- _Familiarity with IT infrastructure and relevant solutions_
- _Proven ability to work on a team_
- _Excellent communication, organisational and record keeping skills_
- _Creative problem-solving skills_
