Coordinate daily service and maintenance schedules for ELV technicians and engineers.
- Handle incoming service requests, log issues, and ensure timely assignment and resolution.
- Maintain service records, job sheets, and documentation for all maintenance and support activities.
- Monitor SLAs and ensure service is delivered within agreed timelines.
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, follow up on service quality, and gather feedback.
- Support in troubleshooting by collecting information and sharing with technical teams.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and tools for scheduled jobs.
- Prepare and track maintenance contracts and AMC schedules.
- Assist in preparing service reports, quotations, and invoices in coordination with finance.
- Liaise with vendors or third-party contractors when needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
